بصراحة وبدون اي مجاملات لم تكن المعاملة خمس نجوم ولكن تستحق سبع نجوم من جميع النواحي من الاستقبال والدخول والرعاية والاطباء والطعام المتنوع اللذيذ والكوفيهات لم اجد خطا واحد نهائيا لا اعلم كم موظف لديكم ولكن يستحقون الاشادة وتوزيع ورده لكل موظف لديكم من عاملة النظافة الي اكبر مهنه في المستشفى واخص بالشكر الدكتور مارك بسيم والدكتوره مريم من قسم جراحة الاذن وجميع من قام برعايتي اثناء تواجدي في هذا الصرح الرائع والذي كانت فكرة واصبحت حقيقة بفضل صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد ال نهيان اذ كان من اول واهم اولوياته ان تكون الصحة من الدرجة الاولى للجميع شكرا لكم جميع

I have been asking to meet the medical director for more than 2 months and he is ignoring me.I did ask for a surgery detailed report since September 2021 and the surgeons are ignoring me.My ureter had been cut by mistake during my surgery with some other complications and i can not start any treatments as other treating doctors do not know what happened in the surgery.Patient experience manager knows my situation and my case so good and last time he told me to arrange a meeting with the medical director this was 2 months ago and nothing changed until now.More than 10 times i go to patient experience and more than 10 emails were sent but the same answer and no action had been taken.It is sad that a very well equipped hospital with latest medical instruments is being directed and running is this way.

I had a great experience at the hospital. To those who gave low rates, if you have been to another overseas hospital, you wouldn’t give such rates to one of the best hospitals in the world, in my opinion. Guys, you have to be patient. They are human, and they have a lot of patients per day, and they are doing a great job. Thanks a lot to everyone working in the hospital.

Der Verlust der Millionen, die durch den Austausch der Tierärzte und deren Diagnose eingespart wurden, ist für die Fälle allesamt falsch, alles im Krankenhaus gibt es fünf von fünf außer der Qualität der Beratung. Ich litt aus unbekannten Gründen unter übermäßigem Gewichtsverlust, ich ging zu drei Ärzten, und keiner von ihnen dachte daran, mir einen Grund für diese Sache zu geben. Shih, ich war zu 100% überzeugt, dass ich eine Krankheit hatte, weil mein Gewicht schrecklich gesunken war. ich wog 40 und war 178 groß. Das Letzte, was ich selbst gemacht habe, war eine gründliche Recherche zu meinem Problem, weil ich weiß, dass es Kinder sind, deren Arbeit verboten ist, aber sie saugen ein paar Pfunde aus der Versicherung und es gibt Beweise dafür, dass sie mich in andere Abteilungen verlegen, die es haben hat nichts mit meinem problem zu tun! Ich war zwei Jahre unterwegs und leide darunter, und die Symptome ähnelten der Herzchackexie, einer seltenen Krankheit.Ich habe lange im Netz gesucht und endlich herausgefunden, dass ich wirklich krank bin und die Krankheit in mir ist, dass meine Muskeln außer bei Nandrolon-Steroiden überhaupt nicht wachsen.Ich war zu spät, ich war erfreut, ein Medikament namens Deca Durabolin in meinem Körper einzunehmen, weil es die beste Lösung für meinen Zustand ist und tatsächlich begann mein Gewicht zuzunehmen und mein Appetit verbesserte sich und ich bleibe derzeit und mein Gewicht nahm zuDas Krankenhaus ist nur eine Dekoration, nur Kuchen planen und absaugen, und die Qualität der Beratung ist wirklich zzzzzzzzHerr, es wird eine Schande für das beste Krankenhaus des Landes seinDas, was mich schockiert, ist, dass es drei Ärzte waren, die meinen Fall aufgedeckt haben, und jeder hatte weniger als 15 Jahre Erfahrung, und am Ende hatte ich nichts, nur Zeit verschwenden und Pizas absaugen, etwas Schändlicheres als dass die Patient selbst behandelt sich selbst, indem er im Internet nach Studien sucht??? Ich schwöre bei Gott, Sie haben das Gefühl, dass die Ärzte sie von der Straße und ihre Angestellten zeigen, denn ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie eine schlimmere Beratung gesehen.

I can’t believe how careless a hospital staff can be! I have Never seen this kind of neglecting towards patients by such well know American hospital! How can this be allowed? Horrible experience in Cleveland at all aspects.. they never answer calls, even with staying on the hold for 45-60 minutes and still they neither answer or call back, noting that most hospitals in UAE call back when they get missed calls.Even confirmed appointments at Cleveland hospital you will need to wait at least 60-90 minutes until you can see your doctor! Never really experienced this anywhere else.. not to forget the receptionist and some doctors bad attitude.. too bad that Cleveland can be in such a low performance.. they focus only on money collection!

Extremely friendly staff, amazing patient care, the emergency visit did not take a long time at all. The parking was easy to locate and easy to get to the emergency area.It feels like a 5 star hotel visit. So far, this is my favorite hospital.

زيارتي الأولى هي أن المستشفى جيده ومنظمة والطبيب المعالج جيد ويهتم بحالة المريض ويستمع له بكل دقة، الشكر الجزيل لجهودهم، أتمنى منهم المضي نحو ذالك لكن هناك سؤال ؟!! إن كانت صحة المريض مهمة بالنسبة لكم فيجب أن تردوا على اتصالات المرضى صحة المريض مهمة بالنسبة له. وطاقم العمل من واجبه أن يتقن فن العمل، وإلا فلا يستحق اي تقدير.. مراعاة حالة المريض أهم من اي شيء آخر. والله المستعان.

One of the most amazing hospital both on it's interior and exterior. The inside was so spacious and elegant, from the view, to the lounge area, to it's wonderful accessibility which escalators and elevator were both available, to a big parking area, everything. The staffs were friendly and accommodating and during my flu shot this week, I didn't feel even an ant bite from it, the nurse did the job so right and effortless.A must recommended hospital, unfortunately, my insurance is not covered here or else, I will choose this over and over again.God bless and More Power!

Very poor customer service. My appointment was cancelled with no prior notification to me. I was even electronically checked in for my service but still it was cancelled without notification. When you try to call them no one ever answers the line. You are left on hold forever. I would recommend everyone to go elsewhere. Even email response is not replied to. I sent an email several times to the “service excellence” team but not response. My actual rating is a zero. Sorry Cleveland but just not good enough not even to average standards.

very bad hospital and they are not professionali took an appointment to do one test which they confirmed that they have this test ... and when i arrived there the doctor surprise me that they are not provide this test.. they took from insurance the consultant fess for fake servicedo you think i will trust this hospital again??and when i call the call center for this issue i stayed for 60min and no one answer i waste 1h just waiting and they didn't answer the phone ...as a 5 star hospital are not answer the phone how you will rate them ?for me i will give them (-5) they are not professional at alli will not deal with them again... thanks God we have another alternative hospital and they are more professional that CCAD

هل هالشي مقبول!!! اكثر عن 50 دقيقه انتظر ولين الحين ما ردوا علي..عشان استفسار بسيط .. وكل مره ع هالحاله.. وايد اتريا غير المواعيد اللي بالشهور نيلس نترياهاIs this acceptable to wait for more than 50 min .. and I am still waiting no one pick up the phone.. what a poor service and very sad .. for a hospital that should be an icon for ideal service... however it's obvious they don't meet the people expectations. Hope they improve interms of customers service, staff and appointments schedul

سئ جدا سيئ الغايه سيئ تعامل الدكاتره زفت عما الممرضين رقم ١. هذا المستشفي هما الوحيد فلوس فقط وايداره مسسترين بالأمر الواقع همهم كيف يخلصو فلوس الثقه انا صرة وياهم احجز موعد من ٣ أشهر تقريبا واخر شي ولا تلقيت العلاج والألم قام يزيد عندي الله يسلمك فيني فتاق ودوالي وكيس تورم ولا حد خبرني بالفحوصات بعد ضرابه وياهم واشتكيت بالإدارة وبعيد تواصلو وياي بالمكالمة.مب عن طريق مقابلة دكتور. والحين بغيت عمليه جراحه فتاق خبروني اتريا شهر وعيد الفحوصات عند الجراح وانا مسوي الفحوصات كامله عند دكتور مسالك البوليه كاشف صديق اسمه اتوقع همهم الوحيد الفلوس مب سلامة المرضى.. فحوصات تأخذ ٤اشهر بس انا ما علوم الدكاتره بالموضوع هذا إهمال الاداره المشرفه عنهم......بالمختصر رقابه زيرو ماشي منه

Dieses Gebäude ist ein Denkmal oder ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, auf das wir stolz sind, aber nach heutiger Erfahrung beträgt die wahre Bewertung -5 Sterne für schlechten Kundenservice und Callcenter.Da ich seit der Eröffnung in dieses Krankenhaus komme, würde ich sagen, dass der Kunde Jahr für Jahr zufriedenstellend ist, und ich würde das Management für seine Servicequalität herausfordern.Mein großer Wunsch, wenn sie mit altem Personal und Management kommen können (5 Sterne)

Sehr verantwortungslose Einstellung des Managements zur Lösung von Patientenproblemen und -beschwerden. Sie haben bei einem meiner Tests einen Fehler gemacht und mir den falschen Test gegeben. Ich habe dafür bezahlt. Als der Fehler entdeckt wurde , wurde das Problem nicht behoben und mir keine Rückerstattung oder Wiederholung des Tests geleistet . Sie belogen mich und sagten, sie würden das Problem lösen und mich anrufen. Ihr Verhalten bei der Behandlung dieses Problems medizinischer Fehler war sehr unprofessionell. Ich würde ihnen nie wieder zutrauen, meine Tests oder Testergebnisse zu bearbeiten. Sie scheinen den Arzt gefeuert zu haben, haben aber nichts unternommen, um die Situation für den Patienten zu verbessern. Ihnen ist nicht zu trauen, alles, was sie interessiert, ist Geld.Das Cleveland Hospital antwortete unten, dass sie mich kontaktieren würden, um das Problem zu lösen, vorausgesetzt, ich würde ihnen eine E-Mail senden. Ich habe ihnen eine E-Mail geschickt, aber sie haben nichts getan! Was würde es brauchen, um sie dazu zu bringen, ihren Fehler anzugehen und das Richtige zu tun, ich habe keine Ahnung!!!

Heute sind wir zum ersten Mal in der Cleveland Clinic. Ein hochmodernes Gebäude mit einem außergewöhnlichen Service. Unsere Krankenschwester Schwester Katrina hat unseren PFIZER-Auffrischimpfstoff durchgeführt. Sie war sehr höflich, professionell, erklärte die Details klar und beantwortete unsere Fragen. Harte Arbeit bleibt nicht unbemerkt; Vielen Dank Cleveland für Ihre ausgezeichnete Betreuung.

الدكاترة زينين و هالسبب اني حطيت نجمتين ... لكن خدمة العملاء سيئة جدا تستاهل صفر.. من عشر ايام و انا اتصل يوميا و يقولون بعثنا طلبج ارجعي اتصلي بكرة ... اتصل بكرة يقولون اتصلي الصبح ... اتصل الصبح اخر شي بكل بساطه قالو نحنا ما نقدر نلبي طلبج طب قولو من الاول ليش اللف و الدوران .. و كل اتصال انتظار ساعه علخط .. فظيعين اهمال و قلة ذوق و تلاعب بالمتصل و تضييع وقته بانتظار حضرتهم يردون علتلفون ...خدمة المرضى اعطيها صفر

Tolles Krankenhaus und sogar tolle Ärzte. Tief beeindruckt von der Professionalität, deren Diagnostik und Ausstattung. Aber die Erfahrung mit ihrer Apotheke in den letzten 3 Monaten war schrecklich.Die Medizin unserer Kinder über die Apotheke zu bekommen, ist eine Katastrophe und die schlimmste Erfahrung. Wir haben diese Qual in den letzten 3 Monaten durchgemacht, und obwohl wir uns telefonisch beschwerten, gab es NULL Fortschritte. Unser Kind hat diesen Augentropfen, der alle 2 Wochen abläuft und ohne Unterbrechung verabreicht werden soll. Aber jede einzelne Woche muss meine Frau 3-4 Tage lang mindestens 2 Stunden ununterbrochen nachverfolgen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Vorbereitung und Lieferung des Medikaments bestätigt wird. Es ist eine Schande, dieses Verhalten von Apotheken zu sehen, bei denen sie "kein Eigentum" haben und ihre Kunden nicht berücksichtigen. Auch in dieser Woche versuchen wir seit Donnerstag intensiv, eine Verbindung zur Bestätigung der Augentropfen herzustellen, jedoch ohne Erfolg.Ich hoffe, die Manager/Mitarbeiter nehmen dies ernst, um die richtige Lösung zu finden. Freue mich auf eine schnelle Lösung.

Wir werden bei den Behörden eine Beschwerde wegen einer Krankheit einreichen, die der Arzt in einer so etablierten Klinik sofort hätte erkennen müssen, anstatt nur den nächsten Termin zu vereinbaren. Entweder gibt es Absicht oder Inkompetenz. Die Reaktion auf unsere Beschwerde aus der Klinik war ebenfalls gelinde gesagt unbefriedigend.

Er war großartig und es ist bekannt, dass der Patient dies braucht sich jede Kilometerstunde zu bewegen, damit er nicht an der Entzündung leidet, aber sie wussten nichts über die Infektion, bis es spät war.Allah ist mein Genug und der beste Stellvertreter

La meilleure expérience que j'ai jamais eue dans un hôpital. Mon père a eu un accident vasculaire cérébral et ce fut une période difficile pour ma famille. Le personnel et les médecins de Cleveland ont tout fait pour nous faciliter la tâche. Le personnel et les infirmières sont très sympathiques et professionnels. Ils ont également appelé pour le vérifier un mois après la procédure. J'ai même dû appeler récemment pour poser des questions sur certains symptômes, une dame appelée Joelle a rappelé après 10 minutes et a répondu à toutes mes questions. Merci..

La paix, la miséricorde et les bénédictions de Dieu soient sur vous. L’hôpital est vraiment comme un hôtel cinq étoiles et des soins médicaux. Je veux dire que les infirmières ont un travail distingué, que ce soit en soins intensifs ou dans les services, mais malheureusement, le personnel des médecins n’est pas au niveau qui correspond au bâtiment, et le personnel des infirmières a fait de ma fille un champ d’expérience pour eux et lui a donné des médicaments qui ne sont pas adaptés à son état jusqu'à ce qu'ils aient causé sa mort Ayez pitié d'elle, et dès que son état s'est aggravé, tout le monde a commencé à blâmer l'autre, sachant qu'ils lui avaient donné de l'argent par erreur, et chaque hôpital connaît parfaitement ma fille lorsqu'elle l'a traversée, et cela s'est produit en 2016 et je ne sais pas si les médecins étaient toujours à l'hôpital ou ont été libérés comme le docteur Maria, Mohamed El Masry et Ahmed Naseer Et d'autres.Je ne souhaite à personne de traverser ce que j'ai vécu, afin que le bâtiment et l'éblouissement ne vous trompent pas, le plus important de la qualité, et Dieu vous aidera.

Malheureusement, j'ai rencontré un médecin dans le service du tractus gastro-intestinal, à propos de j'ai une hernie et une séparation dans les muscles rectaux, environ 4 à 6 cm, des douleurs à l'abdomen et des douleurs dans le dos ... Elle m'a demandé de vivre avec cette situation naturellement et de pratiquer des sports que ma grossesse n'augmente pas pour aucun poids supérieur 5 kilogrammes, sachant que j'ai un bébé de deux ans, et j'ai accepté de concevoir et d'accoucher à nouveau, sachant qu'à la naissance je porterai à nouveau un enfant dont le poids dépasse cinq kilogrammes, car si je porte plus de cinq kilogrammes, cela entraînera une augmentation de la hernie et de la séparation Le poids rectal, alors comment refuser une grossesse sur un poids de 5 kilogrammes et accepter d'avoir un enfant et puisque l'enfant qui le pourvoit est sa mère, sachant que le poids de l'enfant atteindra plus de 5 kilogrammes ou dix kilos et qu'il pourvoira à sa mère, et cela entraînera une exacerbation de la maladie et son augmentation dans la séparation du rectum Augmentation de la hernie abdominale N'est-ce pas une contradiction? Elle m'a demandé de la transformer en chirurgie plastique, et je suis venue la voir pour me soigner et non pour faire du travail esthétique pour moi .. Malheureusement, elle ne m'a pas donné de solution au problème. Elle m'a seulement demandé de vivre avec la situation !!! Malheureusement, sa psyché n'était pas bonne avec moi quand je lui ai demandé, et j'ai le droit en tant que patiente de me traiter avec le meilleur traitement, car le patient n'est pas venu se plaindre, mais sa psyché n'était pas bonne, mais ma psyché s'est aggravée davantage ...

I don't have any personal experience with Cliveland hospital but the environment is very unique and beautiful...the outside ground and all is really remarkable...so many people used to come to work out, to become healthy. The exact duty of the hospital, give healthy life. That exactly Cliveland did..I am really thankful about that...But from few days some of the ground is blocked... today is international yoga day and I am requesting you to open that ground again. We will be thankful ...

This review is for their booking system and not their professional care team - I didn't get to that stage.back in mid January I tried making appointment to see a Doctor in the gynaecology unit. To make an appointment one has to call to open a file and then wait for two days to know whether an appointment can be made.After waiting for two full days, I did not get a call back so I called back and to find out that the Doctor requested is on holiday until Feb and earliest appointment is in April.I have read other reviews in here and the company's replies always along the line of "so sorry, please email us at Service Excellence...."I sent an email to this address. I got a call back two days after to say that I can see the other doctor (there are only 2 in that unit) to prep me to see THE Doctor I wanted to see in April.The earliest they can give me was 25 February and I said I cannot have that date, the caller said there is a cancellation on 23 Feb if I want to go on that date. I confirmed.The confirmation text message which I received says 25 Feb and to my own mistake, I did not take the name, department and extension of the caller.I called the company back again to check on the 23 Feb, the call center told me that there's no note in the system.So I asked for a different date altogether and she gave me 1 June.Wow, I mean I salute these patients who are very much patient in waiting this long but I gave up.

After some complications in communication with the team they send us in the emergency. There we get treated very fast, lovely and friendly. To get treated is really not cheap, but the team is so unbelievable friendly and cute. Especially one nurse was so nice and took carefully care of me.
