Very good service. Went there with a neck sprain and back issue. Thanks to Dr Manjunatha for advising for physio sessions. The physio therapy department is excellent. Mr . Faisal was the therapist. He found out the correct issues and gave me good treatment and advice. The pain went away and I was able to regain my muscle strength as well. Very committed team with excellent follow-up. Will recommend for anyone looking for good care.

Even the nurses they very kind and accommodating. Great Doctors, nurses and staff. We were blessed with baby girl three days before at Medeor hospital.They treated us with extraordinary care.Doctor and nurses did their job with 💯 . Especially I should not forget to mention about the Gynecologist doctor Dr.Elizabeth Mathew, she is like a godmother to my wife and she is such a gem and caring doc I have ever seen. Only thank is not enough.We felt very happy with the discharge procedure as well. It was a wonderful experience.Finally food,it is very caring and so nice.

We had a great experience with this hospital during my delivery with Dr Elizabeth Mathew.She has delivered both of my son. She was amazing during both my pregnancies.She is very caring and understanding. I really feel blessed to have her as my gynecologist.We are also very thankful for Dr Jobby Jacob who is the pediatrician for both of our kids.He has taken very good care of my elder son during his hospitalization.

Great Team. Went there for my wrist pain and met Dr. Anurag. He suggested ultrasound for my wrist and after seeing my results he recommended physiotherapy. Booked my appointment and my physiotherapist was Mr. Faisal. Had put great hard work on my wrist for the five sessions I had with him. After the fifth session I had no pain left in my wrist. I would highly recommend this hospital for the hospitality and hard work they put on each and every patient.Physiotherapy department is the best. The receptionist is very hard working and calls each patient to confirm their appointment for the day.All the best great team.

When world following fastest processing methods, still Medeor hospital fall behind for insurance approval process , For my kid I got vaccination approval from insurance company and after 2days I approached hospital for vaccination but they simply informed that they didn't get approval from their insurance processing team. In the busiest life schedule we are spending 2 days only for this process,Again contacted to my insurance company, they confirmed the request was approved with in 2 hrs on same day.When we will focusing about Facility and Ambiance ...their should be a eye on service quality.

«En effet, le plus précieux des médecins que j'ai eu le privilège de rencontrer. Meryl Colaco m'a traité comme un ami et un membre de ma famille pendant toutes mes séances de physiothérapie avec lui. Je vais régulièrement à des séances de physiothérapie en raison de multiples problèmes qui ont eu un impact sur divers domaines de ma vie. Mais avec la motivation constante et la persévérance du Dr Meryl qui m'a assuré de ne pas abandonner, je suis heureux de voir les améliorations au cours des dernières semaines. J'apprécie vraiment sa compréhension du problème ... la patience ... les conseils pendant les séances de physiothérapie pour s'assurer que le traitement était correct.Aussi "Bravo" à "The Team" ... qui sont toujours aussi accueillants..chauffés ... bien organisés et heureux ...Tout le meilleur à vous tous ... restez heureux ... restez en sécurité ...

I have recently been to the dental department in Medeor and visited Dr. Benjamin Samuel.He is very professional and puts the patient at ease. He constantly checks while performing any procedure whether the patient is feeling okay or has any discomfort. His work is very good. I have previously also done various procedures and never needed to worry about the same issue again. He always gives the correct advise and correct diagnosis and ensures that there is no waste of time, effort, pain or money. I have recommended many of my friends and relatives to Dr. Benjamin and they also have had a good experience.

Extrêmement satisfait du service qui nous a été fourni. L'équipe dirigée par la Dre Elizabeth Mathew (gynécologue) et la Dre Asma Patel (anesthésiste) ainsi que les autres médecins et le personnel de soutien ont fait un travail incroyable lorsque ma femme a dû s'enregistrer pour son accouchement prématuré. Il y a eu des complications pendant le travail, mais les médecins et le personnel ont été exceptionnellement favorables et compréhensifs. Les soins qu'ils ont prodigués après l'accouchement pendant notre séjour à l'hôpital sont également louables. Vraiment reconnaissant à toute l'équipe. Continuez votre bon travail!

Je fais de la physiothérapie avec le Dr Meryl depuis un certain temps déjà et je dois dire qu’il est l’un des meilleurs médecins qui m’a toujours encouragé et travaillé avec moi pour aller mieux. La façon dont il m'a réconforté quand j'ai réalisé quelque chose m'a vraiment motivé à aller mieux. Je voudrais également ajouter que le service de physiothérapie dispose du personnel le meilleur et le plus réactif et je suis très reconnaissant à tous d’être très communicatifs et serviables tout au long du parcours.

Very good hospital I went to there emergency twice and they are very fast and there staff are very nice there doctors are very good but once when I was in the emergency my knee twisted I did an X-ray nothing showed then I had to do an MRI but it took very very long time they asked for the MRI at 6pm and I waited there till 11pm until I did it .

Been attended my physio therapy here, it was the best experience to be with jolly therapist. I really appreciate at very accommodating during my recovery period. It really helps a lot for faster healing of my injury. And the therapist is so dedicated on his work, able to give best exercises on my journey to recovery. Once again, kudos to you, Mr. Deebash... We had a very good experience with Dr Garima. She explained in very simple words about the need for space maintainer in my son's teeth and the entire procedure was very smooth and painless. My son enjoyed watching his favorite cartoon during the treatment. Hospital is very hygienic and nurse is friendly.

We consulted various dentists and pediatric dentists for cavities in my 2 year old daughters teeth. We were given many options but none of them made us so comfortable like Dr Garima. She patiently answered all our queries and treated my daughter very efficiently under general Anesthesia. We are very pleased with the outcome and our daughter now doesnt feel any pain in her teeth and smiles often. Thank you so much Dr Garima for the wonderful job.

I had an emergency surgery for my appendix removal by Dr Rohit Kumar.Though I was not mentally prepared for it... He made it easy for me through proper counselling and guidance. He is a great professional and amazing at his work. Everything happened so seamlessly and i am doing well and recovered in just 7 days. A big thanks to him for his kindness throughout.I would also like to thank all the staff and post operative nursing care for their efforts and kindness they bestowed during my stay in the hospital.

I always consult Dr Deepak Gandhi, the best pediatrician for my daughter. He's very kind and humble and checked my daughter in detail. He's an optimist doctor and never scare us in any situation only positive words and advises. I would recommend him to every parent. May God bless him.

During the epidemic also, hospitals have no staffing. Moreover, the emergency services is pathetic with rude receptionist and the time consumed will be more than the regular visit. Deepak at the emergency reception is very rude, no mannerism and unfit to be in this profession or maybe he is tired working.Doctor checked after 20 minutes but for the medicine prescription it took 1 hour.And the best of all, hospital reception and pharmacy is with NO STAFF

Suite à une piqure d insecte à Paris quelques jours avant mon départ en vacances à Dubai, j'ai dû me rendre dans cet hôpital car avec le vol et la chaleur mon pied c est infecté. L' hôpital est très propre et on se sent comme à la maison. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et les médecins sont compétents et très à l'écoute des patients. Rien à voir avec le corps médical français qui devrait faire un stage dans ce genre d' hôpital pour retrouver les fondamentaux de leur métier... Donc si vous devez vous rendre dans un hôpital à Dubai (je ne le souhaite à personne) n'hésitez pas et allez y, vous ne serez pas déçu. Donc encore une fois, merci à l'ensemble de l'équipe et mention spéciale au Dr DILDAR Hussain qui est au top .Il n'y a rien à redire sur cet hôpital. Samy
