Some years ago, OptiSmile is where I went to sort out some major problems with my teeth - I had to undergo four weeks of tough work to restore my teeth just before my wedding. I can say that the work that was done here was wonderful, the dentists are well trained and really worked carefully and thoroughly.Now, present day, they're still a great office, building on their great reputation, I mostly use them for cleaning and small dental services, they do really great work, I always remember the day I walked in and the fear of a million suns was quenched because of the wonderful attitude people have here towards their patients.Fazlin has been cleaning my teeth since day one and she's always been one of the kind spirits that I always remember from this office, and she only improves on every visit.No lasting teeth sensitivity, pain or problems.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist! Everyone is so friendly, the quality of the service is unbeatable - everything is explained to you in detail. The views are amazing and they will do everything possible to make you feel comfortable, whether it’s taking a break during your appointment or giving you a blanket because it’s cold! (Can’t forget the amazing sound system they have where you can play any music you want during your appointment!!)

No better dental office than OptiSmile!I’m originally from Germany and according to Google and common opinion, dentists in Germany are supposed to be one the best in the world, however, I have never been to a German Dentist who’s getting even close to the quality and competence of OptiSmile!I came to OptiSmile for the first time in 2021, after struggling for a long time with uncomfortable bite and some other issues. So I went among other things through an Invisalign treatment with Dr Harris.I’m absolutely amazed by Dr Harris knowledge and dedication in his field as well as for Dr Clifford’s attention to detail for every single teeth. Also, I always felt welcomed by every single staff member. I’m not exaggerating if I’d say, I’d fly to Cape Town for OptiSmile from other parts of the world!OptiSmile definitely more than just a dental office, I couldn't recommend it more!

Am 21. Dezember brach ich meine provisorische Prothesenplatte und kontaktierte den 24-Stunden-Service von Optismile. Trotz der späten Stunde kontaktierte mich Clifford, um das Problem zu ermitteln. Ich schickte ihm Bilder von der zerbrochenen Platte und er verwies mich an ein Dentallabor. Das Labor am 22. Dezember brauchte 5 Stunden, um meine Platte vollständig zu restaurieren und sie zu verstärken und zu überarbeiten, damit sie richtig passt. Weit besser als je zuvor. Clifford blieb während des gesamten Prozesses in Kontakt, ohne dass es eine Entschädigung für seine Zeit gab. Ich muss zugeben, dass ich in Jhb noch keinen ähnlichen Service gesehen habe und freue mich, dass es einen solchen Service in CT gibt. Alle Kraft für den anhaltenden Erfolg. Ich glaube nicht, dass Sie nirgendwo auf der Welt eine bessere Betreuung oder einen besseren Service bekommen würden!Ich war Patient von Clifford Yudelman, bevor ich von Sea Point nach Montagu zog. Ich hatte vor 2 Monaten einen Notfall und konnte den örtlichen Zahnarzt nicht als ausgebucht sehen, aber es gelang mir, einen Termin in einem Dorf in der Nähe zu bekommen.Problem nicht richtig gelöst und vor einer Woche ist es wieder aufgeflammt…..schlecht! Wartezeit, um wieder zum vorherigen Zahnarzt zu gehen, aber als es ernst wurde, kontaktierte ich Clifford. Ich hatte ihn seit der Sperrung nicht mehr gesehen und obwohl ich 200 km entfernt war, tat er alles, um mir zu helfen, bekam noch am selben Tag einen Termin beim örtlichen Zahnarzt und schickte alle meine aktenkundigen Informationen an das neue Zahnarztzimmer dentist und ständiger Kontakt, um mich während der Entwicklung auf dem Laufenden zu halten. Auch seine Prognose war richtig und ich nehme jetzt starke Antibiotika und weiß, dass meine Probleme bald der Vergangenheit angehören werden.Clifford, ich kann Ihnen wirklich nicht genug für Ihre Hilfe und hervorragende Betreuung danken, und wie ich begonnen habe, wird meine Rezension auf die gleiche Weise enden ... Ich glaube nicht, dass Sie nirgendwo auf der Welt eine bessere Betreuung oder einen besseren Service bekommen würden! DANKE!

Je ne peux pas en dire assez sur la qualité professionnelle des soins que j'ai reçus ici. Je suis originaire des États-Unis et j'ai eu des implants là-bas, en venant au Cap, j'étais un peu inquiet que quelqu'un puisse reprendre là où mon parodontiste aux États-Unis s'était arrêté. Le Dr Mandy et son assistante Beatrice étaient incroyables. J'ai beaucoup d'anxiété en ce qui concerne les soins dentaires et ils ont fait tout ce qu'ils pouvaient pour travailler avec moi là-dessus. Je suis parti heureux et détendu et je les considérerai pour tous mes besoins dentaires et je ne saurais trop les recommander.

Je suis tellement soulagé que je sois allé voir le Dr Yudelman! J'ai eu beaucoup de mal à essayer de résoudre un problème créé par un ancien dentiste. Il a pris tellement de soin et a pris du temps supplémentaire pour trouver la source du problème. Il s'est assuré de tout m'expliquer en détail. Il était gentil. Il a examiné la situation dans son ensemble et a même examiné mon problème de migraine en cours et a demandé au Dr Harris de me consulter à ce sujet, offrant une solution possible. De plus, son prix était sérieusement raisonnable. Je ne saurais trop recommander Optismile. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

During Stage 4 Covid-19 National Lockdown, I developed a dental emergency and urgently needed a dentist. I contacted Dr Clifford Yudelman, principal dentist and founder of OptiSmile and he speedily and effectively arranged a consultation for me with Dr Tony Ashberg, an endodontist at OptiSmile.It was with skilled expertise that Dr Tony found the cause of the pain previously difficult to diagnose correctly. In order to optimise treatment, both doctors collaborated with each other and did not hesitate to refer me for oral surgery which turned out to be very successful. This high level of collaboration inspires confidence. Their friendly approach, empathy, kindness and high level of care was very comforting and re-assuring.After the initial visit, I required further interventions and have been treated with the same level of expertise, care and warmth. What impressed me was the state-of-the art diagnostic technology for dental treatments.I would sincerely like to thank the team at OptiSmile for their five star treatment. It is with the greatest confidence that I can recommend a visit to this practice.

I am currently on vacation in Cape Town, suffering with acute dental pain. The front of house staff at OptiSmile arranged an appointment for me at the last minute to suit my needs. The dentist with whom I had my first consultation was thorough and excellent in her approach. What was most impressive however was her willingness to ask her colleague for a second opinion given the complex nature of the problem. For me, this is a sign of a true professional who collaborates with a colleague to come to the best outcome for the patient. Dr. Yudelman, the owner and colleague in whom the first dentist sought counsel, was equally thorough in his approach. Moreover, given that I am continuing on my travels along the Garden Route, he provided details for me to stay in touch with him in relation to my progress and if needs be, to arrange follow up treatment through a recommendation of his along the Garden Route. The service I experienced at this practice was nothing short of exemplary. If you are a resident of Cape Town or simply a tourist with a spot of bad luck in need of dental help, I could not recommend OptiSmile at SeaPoint more highly.

After a year of monthly visits I can honestly say I never had a single bad experience. Always met with friendly smiles from the ladies at the front counter. Dr Harris was incredible always explaining everything in great detail, and happy to answer any questions I had. Emma was always so very friendly and bubbly and just made your visits fun. After looking at the before and after, I was like "Wow! Whitening my teeth is probably one of the best decisions I have ever made." I can honestly say I am more confident, even in my walk. I speak up. I smile more! Days are so much more fun when you smile more! If there was an option of giving a 6/5 review, I would. After going to many dentists in different countries, I've never experienced anything like OptiSmile. I would rather fly to South Africa and get my teeth done my Dr Yudelman, just for peace of mind. OptiSmile is miles ahead of the game. From the minute you walk in, you feel instantly at ease and welcome. (Not something I have ever felt, walking into a dentist) This is all thanks to their amazing team and the beautiful practice - filled with natural light. Dr Clifford Yudelman is an outstanding dentist. I felt NO pain. Not even from the numerous injections (something I'm petrified of) OR getting my gums lasered!!! If anything, I felt far too relaxed! Lying back in a comfy chair, with an incredible sea view and a blanket to keep me warm, listening to music, knowing that I was in an experts hands. I had a CEREC done, all in one sitting. While Dr Yudelman walked me through the entire process - the technology is state of the art! I was talked through the entire process and made extremely comfortable. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. So friendly, efficient and extremely professional. Thank you for looking after me, and fitting me in at such short notice!
