We attended the First-time Mum hospital tour today led by Sister Angie. I was also assisted by Cindy from guest relations, since I cannot walk long-distances and needed to be on a wheelchair.The way Sister Angie conducted the tour and explained scenarios showed that she is really experienced and knowledgable. She shared in detail what will happen from admission, to delivery, to rooming-in and discharge. Her stories made us, first-time parents, less anxious on the upcoming big day and assured us that we will be in good hands. Really appreciate the time she spent with us.Many thanks too to Cindy of guest relations. She was very patient and she went out of her way to assist me.Cindy knows a lot too about the hospital, admission protocols, etc.Keep up the good work! Looking forward to our admission and delivery day.

Went for the hospital tour for first-time mums today with the tour led by Sister Angie. She brought us around through the delivery suite and the various types of rooms available, and was very clear and detailed with her explanation. She also gave us lots of helpful advice throughout the tour, sharing her wealth of knowledge with the years of experience that she has. Thank you Sister Angie! 🙂

My son had a day surgery on Feb 17. Although the surgery went well and the care rendered by the surgeon and outpatient ward nurses were amazing, unfortunately the post discharged experience was a disaster.We followed up with the business office on the e-filing for insurance claim in March after receiving a text saying that no e-file has been received and was told that they have back logs and the person in charge will revert to us. No follow up or whatsoever so we assume everything is in place. We were surprised to receive a letter from the insurance company last week (after close to 2 months) stating that they have yet to receive the e-filing from the hospital.I called the hotline and was assisted by a very helpful lady called Sarina on May 6 and who sent an email to the business office with my son’s details and told me to call back if no one contacted me within 2 days. Of course no one called me. I called back on May 10 and assisted by Sarina again and she traced back the email and resend to the team in charge stating the urgency. It has been 3 days now and no one bothers to call me.I’m happy if the hospital prefers to absorb this medical bill but I’m just taken aback by the level of ignorance and incompetence given Thomson medical is one of the so called reputable hospital for mums and kids.Someone in the insurance department needs to step up and look into this matter. The other two private hospitals that I have come across are very professional and i don’t need to waste my time chasing insurance.

Unser Kind muss wegen einer frühen Lungenentzündung für fünf Tage ins Krankenhaus eingeliefert werden. Das Krankenhaus sorgte rechtzeitig für Medikation und Behandlung, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Auch mit dem Essen und dem Service waren wir zufrieden. Unser Aufenthalt war angenehm und komfortabel.Unser Kind konnte dank geräuscharmer Vernebler, die das Krankenhaus zur Verfügung stellte, nachts ungestört schlafen.Unsere aufrichtige Wertschätzung gilt Doktor Ang, den Physiotherapeuten und den Krankenschwestern der Stufe 4.

My 5yo daughter was admitted to Thomson Medical due to an asthma attack and was amazingly taken care by their professional team. The nurses at level 4 Pediatrics ward were so caring and knowledgeable. They took care of my Daughter like their own and constantly made me feel at ease. Kudos to the nursing team! Oh and the room is so nice and clean too. There was a nice table for me to do my work while my daughter was resting.

Staff are friendly but the process is less than efficient. Considering that I’m visiting its 24 hr family clinic, there is no single doctor available to tide through the change over between shifts. 20min of pure waiting for the arrival of the doctor to execute the change over.

Worse hospital for delivery. I don't need say too much, have put on their feedback form. Basically all nurse must be reminded what they need to do, including jab for baby,change diaper, food, etc.Lucky this time is not our 1st baby so we already know what to do. This hospital also doesn't support full breastfeeding, not like other hospitals 😒 😕. Still offer want to add formula. Definitely BIG 👎 NO

Ultra effizientes Krankenhaus. Wirklich Weltklasse. Sie haben den Prozess vom Einchecken über die Aufnahme bis zur Entlassung gestrafft. Es bringt einen enormen Schub durch die Beschäftigung philippinischer Krankenschwestern. Sie sind die Besten in der Pflege. Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Krankenhaus entbunden und ich muss sagen, dass sie sich so gut um mich gekümmert haben. Die Ärzte und das gesamte übrige Krankenhauspersonal arbeiten zusammen, um höchste Sorgfalt und professionelle Erfüllung ihrer Aufgaben zu gewährleisten.

Als einer der besten Ärzte im Kangsheng-Krankenhaus, Dr. Lawrence Ang PS, wurden meine beiden Kinder von ihm entbunden. Ich empfahl vielen Freunden um mich herum, diesen Arzt aufzusuchen. Alle Babys wurden reibungslos von Dr. Lawrence Ang entbunden Arzt. Ich erinnere mich, dass bei der Geburt meines Ältesten die fetale Herzfrequenz des Babys am Tag der Untersuchung nicht sehr gut war. Dr. Lawrence Ang schlug vor, dass ich zu einem fetalen Herzfrequenztest ins Krankenhaus gehen sollte, weil ich seine letzte war Dr. Ang fragte, ob mein Mann fahren würde. Wir hatten zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch kein Auto gekauft. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt forderte Dr. Ang uns auf, auf dem Parkplatz auf ihn zu warten, und später würde er ins Krankenhaus zurückkehren, um ihn zu sehen Lassen Sie uns sein Auto nehmen und ins Krankenhaus gehen, um die fetale Herzfrequenz des Babys zu testen. Um unsere Zeit zu sparen, waren mein Mann und ich voller Dankbarkeit und Bewunderung für diesen Arzt. Er hatte nicht die Mentalität, überlegen zu sein andere, sondern hatten große Liebe und lieben es, uns zu helfen. Unterwegs war es ein Moment, den ich in meinem Leben nie vergessen werde. Der Arzt fuhr unser Auto und wir gingen ins Krankenhaus, um die fetale Herzfrequenz unseres Babys zu testen. Nach dem fetalen Herzfrequenztest ging es dem Baby gut und es ging ihm gut reibungslos geboren. Jetzt ist mein Chef 5 Jahre alt. Aber dieses Verhalten des Arztes hat mich immer bewegt, er ist wirklich ein sehr guter Arzt! L'infirmière principale Marie du niveau 4 est excellente. Met toujours les patients à l'aise, même lorsqu'ils prennent du sang! Je la vois avec le Dr Kevin tan, tout le monde travaille bien en équipe. Le service est chaleureux et amical.

Bonne option pour la livraison. Peut-être pas le plus récent, mais une équipe bien formée et compétente. Les infirmières en service peuvent parfois être incroyables. Les pères actuels peuvent être à l'accouchement (y compris les césariennes je crois) pendant Covid. Bonnes options de naissance dans l'eau disponibles.

Je recommande fortement Thomson Medical TCM à tous ceux qui recherchent un soulagement de la douleur.Ma première visite à Thomson Punggol avait été une expérience merveilleuse. La rencontre avec le personnel du comptoir et la thérapeute en acupression, Leona Chia, avait été très agréable. Ils sont patients, serviables et, surtout, attentionnés.Leona est très habile dans son traitement et bien informée aussi. Elle partageait spontanément des conseils pour bien manger et bien vivre. Chaque fois qu'elle pratique l'acupression, elle me fait me sentir bien prise en charge car elle ne traiterait pas seulement la zone douloureuse, mais elle continuera à traiter les endroits où la douleur pourrait être liée. La force appliquée est parfaite aussi. Leona se soucie définitivement de la santé de ses patients. Avant mon retour, elle est même venue au comptoir pour partager avec moi 3 exercices que je pourrais faire à la maison afin de m'aider à guérir plus rapidement. Depuis, j'ai changé mon traitement chez Thomson de RMC et j'ai apprécié chaque session à la fois au NUH et à Punggol. Merci Thomson Medical et Leona! 🤗

Mon mari et moi sommes allés faire une visite de l'hôpital guidée par Angie! Elle était très passionnée en nous guidant tout au long du processus d'accouchement, ce qui nous donne plus de confiance et d'assurance en tant que parents pour la première fois sur ce à quoi s'attendre pendant tout le processus de travail. Elle était également très sympathique et informative car elle partage quelques-uns des conseils avec nous sur la base de ses expériences passées .. c'était vraiment utile n nous en avons profité surtout pendant cette saison de covid .. Our stay at Thomson Medical has been amazing! It felt like a staycation amidst the circuit breaker! Some days I even forget that I was in a hospital as their service was like a mixture between a confinement centre and a hospital which made transition into confinement practices a bit easier after discharge. A very special thanks to the professional doctors took care of me medically and to the caring nurses that motivated me during my delivery and nurses that continued to care for recovery.Looking back at my experience, I’m missing the stay and everyone that I met during my stay. Everyone was so pleasant and positive and it made it a good start to parenthood!

Was at Thomson last time when wanted to find out more information about maternity ante and postnatal service, Ms Polly was really helpful and gave us a comprehensive information. Delivered my first child here and had an excellent experience! The nurses were kind, warm, encouraging and put me at ease. I was well looked after right from admission. The hospital staff are also very helpful and patient in answering any queries I had. In particular, Polly - a wonderful hospital ambassador, who was always a joy to speak with! All in all, my experience at Thomson medical centre was extremely positive and I felt completely at ease at every visit even during a global pandemic.

My wife was suffering from severe pain due to contraction when we reach at the hospital at around 7:30pm, Tuesday 30June. Upon arrival at the entrance we were greeted by the security personnel, they politely assisted and standby the wheel chair.Everything was on a rush as they found out that my wife will deliver the baby very soon. Immediately they alerted Dr Ang while they are preparing the tools for delivery. I went down to the reception at level 1 for admission. I was greeted by Helen, she calmly explained the details and the estimated cost before making the deposit. Half way during the process I told her that I have to go back to delivery suite because my wife will deliver anytime.She told me not to worry as she will just bring the papers for me to sign later. At around 8:14pm after a few push my wife give birth to a beautiful little princess. Big thanks to the Nurses at delivery suites attention to details, and to Dr Lawrence Ang our trusted and the best Doctor.Also to Helen of the paediatric ward, my wife is really happy with her great service. She took care of my new born very well, and gave a lot of advise to my wife in nursing the babies.Overall, we are very satisfied with Thomson medical team. Kudos to all of you!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience here! Nurses and staff were extremely rude and hostile. My mother was here for her delivery and was in a lot of pain, the Nurses were screaming and yelling at her to “keep quiet” and “shut up”. Service was also extremely slow. You would think since it’s a private hospital, service and experience would be better. Everybody is better off at a government hospital, prices are also much more affordable with better service. I would never come here for my own delivery or medical needs and would recommend my friends/family to do the same. Not to mention their IVF mix up a few years ago. Please do yourself a favour and never come here!!!!l

Inefficient clinic operation, unnecessary tests, delayed reports, careless of parents emotions ... Profit-oriented, NONE valued-based medical practice. Strongly NOT recommended效率低下的诊所运营、非必要检查、延期的诊断报告、对于父母为诊断结果延期的焦虑心情漠不关心、脱卸责任 ...... 完全是非以患者为价值导向的医疗职业操守。我和太太非常遗憾选择这家诊所，现已经转出。极力不推荐给您和您的家人！

Bad service, unclear instructions, paid for delivery at hospital but still have to pay for parking. food catered is overpriced, no food options within facility. Paid as a stay in visitor but given a sofa to sleep on, still have to pay separately for lunch and dinner on top of stay in fee. DisappointingOnly excellent experience was from the delivery team and staff at level 3 and 4. Level 1 staff just spoilt the whole experience for me.

The labour ward Nurses were very supportive and caring. It made the stressful labour duration much more enjoyable for both parents. The meticulous effort of each staff and nurse right from the front desk to the wards are commendable. The Nurses helped answered questions that us as first time parents were very curious and worried about. Handle our questions in the most professional way to ease our concerns.

Had an unbelievable experience at this hospital while visiting my relative, the girls at the entrance conducting the health screen and the front desk were so nice and helpful , the Nurses were all cheerful and pleasant as wellbut was shocked when we encountered an extremely rude and condescending person who was raising her voice and with no basic courtesy at all .What was even more shocking was that she's the Director of Quality ( Deborah EE ) How can a organization like Thomson Medical engage such a low class person for the job of Director - She's definitely not refined or skilled enough for the job- How can the Management and Board of Directors condone such behavior and still be oblivious of it.No way she will be able to train her staff on Quality management which includes customer service. ( My Family just believe that ). we were there for 3 days and all other staff including the security people were all so courteous and nice- Hope she will send for counseling and retraining

I would like to thank the Thomson Medical staff who assisted with the safe delivery of my 3rd baby boy. I checked in on 31 May 2019 and was there till 2 June 2019. All the staff at the delivery suite Room 7 did a fantastic job!I would also like to thank the nurses and lactation consultant who helped me in all ways while I was warded in Room 325B while in TMC!
